$19,274,338,475
It would take more than $19 billion to
buy every property in Ultimate Homes at
list price. That includes each of the 1,000
listings of more than $11 million that we
were able to find in the U.S. (and Puerto
Rico the U.S.Virgin Islands).
Gaining Ground
New Mexico saw its share of our list
jump drastically. The “Land of
Enchantment” is represented by
$207.3 million worth of real estate
this year—up 638 percent from last
year. The gain is largely due to the
addition of a $115 million listing:
Bell Ranch in San Miguel County.
Minnesota didn’t have any
properties last year on our list; this
year, it’s ahead of 13 states plus D.C.
This is how the $19.27 billion of real estate in Ultimate Homes is distributed throughout the country.
