Gaining Ground

New Mexico saw its share of our list

jump drastically. The “Land of

Enchantment” is represented by

$207.3 million worth of real estate

this year—up 638 percent from last

year. The gain is largely due to the

addition of a $115 million listing:

Bell Ranch in San Miguel County.

Minnesota didn’t have any

properties last year on our list; this

year, it’s ahead of 13 states plus D.C.
